Paper Submission
The submission process for AIDT-26 is managed through the Indico platform and is conducted in three mandatory steps. Authors are strongly encouraged to carefully follow the instructions below to ensure their submission is valid and eligible for review.
Step 1 – Author Registration
All submitting authors must first create an account on the AIDT-26 submission platform. This registration is required to access the submission system and manage your contributions.
Step 2 – Abstract Submission (Intent to Submit)
Authors must submit a short abstract as an expression of intent to submit a full paper. Please note:
- This abstract will not be reviewed
- It is used only for organizational and planning purposes
- Submission of an abstract is mandatory to proceed to full paper submission
Step 3 – Full Paper Submission
The final step consists of submitting the complete manuscript for peer review.
Important requirements:
- Only full papers will be accepted for review
- Manuscripts must be 12–15 pages, strictly following the Springer CCIS format
- Papers not complying with formatting or page limits will not be reviewed
Final deadline for full paper submission: February 15, 2026
